THE SON'S HURRICANE VIDEOS

Um yes folks, while I was on the coast pet-sitting with no power and no shower for forty-eight (count em 48) hours my son was 120 miles away driving around taking videos.   Kids.   Huh?

  3. Glad you have power again--yuck.

The power of water never ceases to amaze me.

  5. I'm glad you are safe! I suppose I'd have done the same thing as your son, but I'm sure my wife would have threatened me with bodily harm if I did...

  6. Well, I confess although I did not pay any attention to him chasing rushing rivers, as he probably got it from me, I did have a slight bird when he tazed himself with the taser he bought for hs sister..... He ASKED me to video it so that he could put it on YOU TUBE... I refused. It took him 20 minutes to set up his camera. The I heard the familiar BZZZZZZZz of 950,000 volts while simultaneously hearing the most gaud-awful sound out of my son's throat, and an ominous THUD when he hit the floor. I sat. Sat some more, waiting to hear a movement of some sort, the thinking honestly, "It's his own fault if he's IN THERE DEAD due to an undiagnosed heart condition... I'm NOT going IN THERE to check. I'm going to SIT RIGHT HERE, until the body starts to smell, or the cats start munching on body parts...." Ten minutes later he comes flying into the living room to SHOW ME THE VIDEO, which I still refuse to watch.... Tellin' yah, kids .... EVEN ADULT ONES.... help? My mother is UP THERE somewhere rolling in the aisles.....
